A remarkable success for 3CON’s up-and-coming talents: Mechatronics apprentice Andreas Gschwentner secured first place at the prestigious "Tyrol Skills" apprentice competition. Competing against more than 40 participants, the talented young technician emerged victorious, bringing the coveted state title to 3CON Anlagenbau GmbH in Ebbs for the first time in the company’s history.
Andreas, who lives in Söll, is currently in his second year of training as a mechatronics technician with a focus on automation technology. His triumph is not only a personal milestone but also a compelling testament to the high quality of apprenticeship training at 3CON.
As a token of recognition for his outstanding achievement, 3CON CEO Ing. Hannes Auer presented Andreas with an iPhone 16 – a gesture of appreciation for his dedication and exceptional skills.
A visibly proud CEO, Hannes Auer, congratulated state champion Andreas Gschwentner on this tremendous success and emphasized how impressed he was by Andreas’ commitment and top-level performance. “It’s a pleasure to have such motivated and talented apprentices on our team.”
