It was with this mindset that we entered the market 25 years ago with just a handful of employees. Today, the 3CON workforce comprises over 700 people in 4 plants worldwide (headquarters in Ebbs in Tyrol, USA, Mexico and China).

To ensure that this valuable founding ideal is not forgotten and is brought back to life, we have literally put this original idea on the flag, on the website, in the newspaper and on various displays around the country.
