"Discover 3CON's high-tech world for your career with apprenticeship" - with this call we invited to the company tour on 13.01.23. The 3CON team presented with a lot of enthusiasm and pride the highly automated production lines, which are developed for the production of doors and instrument panels for cars like BMW, Mercedes, Tesla and Co. among others.

More than 180 people interested in apprenticeships accepted our invitation to take a close look at the 5 different apprenticeships. 3CON offers apprenticeships in the fields of electrical engineering, metal technology, mechatronics, operational logistics and for the first time also in construction engineering. We are currently training 25 apprentices. The goal is 40.

Apprenticeship training with a future - "Just as every new car model is completely rethought, so are the production facilities for it - no two machines are alike. This means that our technicians have to find and implement new, individual solutions for every project. For this reason, our apprentices are taught the ability to think independently and creatively right from the start, in addition to the solid basic technical training. We see these two qualities as one of the most important, so that our protégés can start a successful professional life full of possibilities", says the certified 3CON apprentice trainer Daniel Rusch.
