3CON RECIEVES THE AWARD AS “OUTSTANDING TYROLEAN APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME AND “STATE-CERTIFIED APPRENTICESHIP ENTERPRISE”

On 6, November, 3CON located in Ebbs was presented with the regional award, “Outstanding Tyrolean Apprenticeship Programme” by the Tyrolean Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Labour. The awards presentations took place based on the nomination by a panel of judges that must be confirmed by the decision of the provincial government. In this process, all Tyrolean apprenticeship programmes can apply for the award. However, to receive this award, specific requirements must be fulfilled. Only companies that were inspected according to these strict standards and guarantee an exemplary apprenticeship training system are considered for the award.

A few days later, on 12. November, the family enterprise 3CON located in Ebbs received the award as “State-Certified Apprenticeship Enterprise” from the Federal Ministry for Digitalisation and Economics in Vienna. This award is a special quality seal in the field of training of young individuals and exhibits the contribution that the company has made towards the future of youth and the economy in Austria.

3CON owes both of these awards to the apprenticeship training supervisors Daniel Rusch and Stefan Plangger as well as to the impressive achievements of its apprentices. In November, both apprenticeship training supervisors were also presented with the certificate of the qualification level 1 from the Tyrolean trainer forum. This award recognises the professionalism and quality development of the apprenticeship system at 3CON.

Many apprentices are sought after once again for the coming year in the areas electrical engineering, mechatronics and metals technology.
