3CON INNOVATION DAY – OVER 200 CUSTOMERS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD AS GUESTS!

On Thursday, 26.09.2019, the 2nd Innovation Day of 3CON took place at the headquarters in Ebbs. Over 200 customers from all over the world accepted the invitation. Guests were presented with an exciting programme throughout the day. On six stations in the production halls of the Tyrolean family enterprise, the guests were presented with exciting presentations on various topics regarding new and further developments in combination with live demonstrations.

• Further development of the ESL process
• Innovative laminating process for cost-efficient and quantity-independent production of basic and special variants in a manufacturing process
• New developments for comprehensive and highly flexible assembly solutions including final quality inspection (EOL)
• Presentation of 3CON adhesion (dispersion/hot melt) and anti-creaking application systems
• Presentation of the 3CON automated sewing machine – planning of the series production at the end of 2019
• Presentation of new product and technological expansions with highly-flexible MTP presses, vacuum laminating systems, and much more
• Industry 4.0 – SMCF (Smart Connected Factory)

All of the customers and employees spent the rest of the 2nd 2nd Innovation Day by enjoying a savoury grill and delicacy buffet and many interesting conversations. The band “Jabberwalky” from Kitzbühel provided a great atmosphere amongst the guests. A huge firework display rounded off the day with a worthy conclusion.
