3CON APPRENTICES ONCE AGAIN DEMONSTRATE OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS!

Currently, the family enterprise in Ebbs trains 23 apprentices in the areas of electrical engineering, metals technology and mechatronics. Both of the committed apprentice supervisors, Daniel Rusch and Stefan Plangger, reflect proudly on the last school year because once again the apprentices from “3CON Brain Factory” boast outstanding achievements. The accomplishments of this year are one final apprenticeship exam with high marks, 13 outstanding marks, and 5 good marks in the vocational school as well as two golden and one sliver achievement awards.

In addition to the monetary reward for academic success, the 3CON executive board extended an invitation to all apprentices to take part in a thrilling and entertaining excursion:

The young apprentices had to demonstrate their abilities during an exciting escape game. By showing a lot of savvy paired with skill and team spirit, the apprentices were able to overcome the obstacles and solve the brainteaser. After a quick break for refreshments, the future 3CON technicians visited the BMW plant in Dingolfing and were quite impressed. The excursion for the apprentices ended on that note.

The 3CON apprentice team is looking forward to the coming year: The vast company expansion at the headquarters in Ebbs also includes the renovation of the apprentice workshop. The expansion entails acquiring a training classroom, a study area for electrical engineering and pneumatics and various measuring equipment to just name a few of the investments in the new apprenticeship rooms. In the new apprenticeship workshop, all apprenticeship branches (electrical engineering, metals technology and mechatronics) will be together under one roof.

The move into the new, extremely spacious and state-of-the-art apprenticeship workshop is scheduled for autumn 2020. Beginning in September 2020, many apprentices are sought after once again for the training professions mentioned above.
