3CON ANLAGENBAU GMBH WINS THE HERMES.BUSINESS.PRIZE FOR 2019!

Digitalisation Ministry, Austrian Chamber of Commerce, Leitbetriebe  Austria, and the daily newspaper “Kurier” awarded companies for their outstanding economic achievements in Austria. In the attendance of 700 guests in Vienna’s Hofburg palace, 3CON, the Tyrolean family enterprise from Ebbs, was selected as the winner.

“We can offer top businesses in every sector that can achieve impressive results with their high-quality products and services in Austria and the world market. Therefore, they make a perfect calling card for the Austrian business  location,”explained Martina Salomon, the hostess and chief editor at Burier.

“The prizewinners took up the challenge and subjected themselves to the test to be among the top Austrian companies. Thereby, they unify economic success with the commitment to social and ecological responsibility. With their experiences and success strategies, they master the tasks presented to them and act as a driving force for further outstanding performances. Congratulations!” added Monica Rintersbacher likewise hostess of the evening and Managing Director of the Leitbetriebe Austria.

Numerous companies from all over Austria applied for the Hermes prizes. The following criteria were evaluated, sales growth, employee growth, profitability and the level of internationalisation. 3CON Anlagenbau GmbH from Ebbs prevailed against reputable companies in the category “International” and was awarded the Hermes.Business.Prize for 2019.

In his acceptance speech, the 3CON CEO, Mr Auer, emphasised the importance of Austria as a business location and praised the domestic educational system. Mr Auer stated that the 3CON international subsidiaries are important to strengthen the domestic business location in Austria and thus, for him, Austria is the “best-cost-country”. This was demonstrated repeatedly at 3CON through several international projects.

The 3CON executive board was, of course, delighted to receive this award. “We view this award as a further affirmation that as a complete team, we do a great job and are well equipped for the future. We won this prize together with all of the 3CON employees, and will celebrate this award with the entire staff”, expressed Hannes Auer, Executive Manager of 3CON.
